This form offers you the opportunity to provide us with important information within the framework of the Whistleblower Protection Act. We receive reports of possible violations of applicable laws, ethical guidelines or internal company standards.

Your sincere contribution is of significant value as it helps to ensure the integrity and legal compliance of our company. The information you provide will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with the statutory provisions.

You are not obliged to provide your name or other personal data. Please note, however, that we need your e-mail address in order to obtain further information from you if necessary. In order to clarify an incident appropriately and initiate further steps, it is often necessary to ask questions. In the case of notices that do not include your e-mail address, this may only be possible to a limited extent, depending on the situation.

We will ensure that no action is taken against you because you have reported a breach or assisted in an investigation, unless you have abused the system yourself. 3F will observe the applicable data protection regulations, in particular your rights and those of the accused. Information is only used for the purpose of investigating and possibly punishing violations. The accused will be informed of any allegations against him/her as soon as this no longer jeopardizes the investigation.
