Customised spool production of adhesive tapes and self-adhesive foams is just one possibility. 3F also winds long rolls onto short rolls to a width of 1,500 millimetres. We cut wide rolls into narrow rolls from 9 millimetres upwards. Finally, we package and label products also according to your specifications, taking sales-promoting aspects into account. There is an especially large spectrum of variations possible when it comes to the spools. Our winding and cutting units process 4- to 49-millimetre-wide, single- and double-side adhesive foams and tapes and wind them up on spools up to 400 millimetres wide. Their diameter is a maximum of 480 millimetres, and the core diameter is 3 or 6 inches. Depending on the product, up to 20,000 metres of tape can be wound on one spool.
